Description of Services
COBOLpro provides COBOL code analysis, documentation generation, and legacy system modernization services through our cloud-based platform and professional services offerings.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities include:

Users retain ownership of their original COBOL code and business data. COBOLpro claims no ownership rights to user's source code or proprietary business information.
Generated Documentation
Documentation and analysis generated by our platform belongs to the user, with COBOLpro retaining rights to the underlying technology and methodologies.

Payment Terms
- Fees are charged according to your selected service plan
- Payment is due in advance for subscription services
- Professional services may be billed monthly or upon completion

- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms

COBOLpro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
